1- Not in the the Halloween way either..I give it a generous 3 for the Jester and costume. The movie lacked substance. Towards the end of the film it just got worse. I was hoping the reviews were wrong. The low reviews were pretty much spot on. It wasn’t comical it wasn’t funny so it’s like what was it? It is not worth a second look I can say that much. It was kind of what I expected but a little worse. I didn’t think he was going to try to pull pranks into murders though. It could of been so much better if it went slasher route. It was a wannabe be Black Book and just fell flat. As I said 3 for the Jester.

2- I was feeling generous, so I’m giving a single star towards its well-executed special effects, but in a world where 2023 has raised the bar to sky-high standards, this film barely scrapes the term ‘special.’ Plus, there’s a creepy-looking villain who could easily be mistaken for Art the clown’s less intimidating cousin from Terrifier.
